I am announcing my new startup below. Keep reading.

As a father of 3, I always feel proud when my kids cooperate and build something together. You watch from the side and smile. Today, I had a similar feeling when I got the message below from Ashley.

In this message, you can see Import2 asking for feedback from Parma. Oh, what product do they use for feedback?

It’s NPSimple, my new startup.

We don’t have a website; few people have heard of it, but we started to take on first customers.

I don’t yet have a polished way to pitch it, so I describe it as a LIKE button for businesses. You would use NPSimple to allow customers to give 1-click feedback on your product or service. There is no setup for business and no complex surveys for customers.

When was the last time you got feedback from all of your customers? Comment below to participate in our closed beta.

Backwards plannings.

I have recently discovered a concept of backward planning to resolve challenging problems.

The idea is to start with your end goal and then work backward to determine the steps needed.

For some reason, it works very well with my brain, and intuitively, that approach is very valuable.

Have any of you used it with success? I would love to learn more from examples.
