McCaffrey's transition to GoDaddy was notable for its speed; he decided to leave PwC after a long tenure and quickly connected with GoDaddy's CEO, Aman Bhutani. In addition to his corporate responsibilities, McCaffrey is involved in community service as the President of the Board of Directors for Kristi Yamaguchi's Always Dream Foundation, which focuses on supporting children and families in need.5
Highlights
I had a great conversation with Katie Perry about GoDaddy's Q2 earnings and our exciting journey from a domain-centric company to a one-stop-shop for entrepreneurs on the After Earnings (from Morning Brew ☕️) podcast. We discussed the transformative power of AI through our GoDaddy Airo experience and the critical role of free cash flow in driving our growth strategy.
Beyond the numbers, we also touched on the importance of self-awareness, vulnerability, and proactive mentorship in today's remote/hybrid work environment. Take a listen: https://lnkd.in/gvBPiM-S

We recently published our 2023 sustainability report highlighting GoDaddy’s commitment to environmental, social, and governance (ESG) best practices. We believe strong ESG performance is essential for our long-term success as a company and critical to creating a positive impact on the communities we serve and the world around us.
This year's report details our progress on several key initiatives, including: Achieving our greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions goal of reducing emissions by 50% two years earlier than planned. Sustaining global gender pay parity for nine consecutive years and race/ethnicity pay parity for seven consecutive years. Revolutionizing our customer experience with the power of GenAI, helping our customers start, build and grow their businesses faster and easier than ever.
I'm proud of the hard work and dedication of our entire team in advancing our sustainability goals. We are extremely proud of the strides we've made, but we know there's always more to do. We will be committed to continuous improvement moving forward.
