As the Process Mining vendors/market morphs into Process Intelligence, and most vendors now target Digital Twins as a key Use Case/Business Need, I thought it might be fun to see how not all vendors are created equal.
In the table below, I look at a random but common set of vendors that we all know and love and offer a view of their capability across four of the key areas needed to create and manage those Digital Twins.
As can be seen, from a user perspective, the table suggests it can really be quite challenging to pick the right solution for your needs, and inevitably, you will need to decide what tradeoffs you are willing to make.
Any surprises here?

“AI Agents that talk… to each other! What sets Jurny apart is a completely vertically designed system. This level of integration between each aspect of management lets Jurny’s AI agents reason, communicate, and even make decisions completely autonomously. It mimics the interaction of a dynamic real-world team - If a manager or guest has a query - the AI agents will consult each other to determine the best course of action! It’s something that’s straight out of the realm of science fiction - but it’s happening right now.”
