Highlights
My dear friend and coach Brian Patrick Cork lost his fight with cancer yesterday. He was insightful, supportive, relentless and the greatest connector that I have known. He was a grinning, happy warrior who used his super powers for good. He gave himself to others until the end. Rest in Peace, brother. I miss you.

Over the past two weeks, we have been sharing special coins with our employees, investors and partners to commemorate the journey of orderbird AG from Start Up to successful Exit. I made sure that my very first orderbird coin went to Brian Patrick Cork, because it was him who coached me back in 2017 to “Run toward the fire!” and move my family to Germany. I shared this story at the company’s milestone party, and “going where problems are” is the best advice if you want to make a real difference.
We had the chance to sit and reflect together at The Olde Blind Dog and marvel at the number of lives that improved because of what he set in motion. Aligned with his mission: a lot of people did more good, made more money and had more fun because of Brian….
Thank you, Coach — you have fans in Berlin and beyond!
