Marshall Cohen

Marshall Cohen is a professional with a background in political communication, focusing on cities, climate issues, and LGBTQ+ advocacy.

He holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Political Communication from The George Washington University.

Marshall currently serves as a Communications and Operations Advisor at the Global Covenant of Mayors for Climate & Energy (GCOM) after previously holding various positions within the organization including Chief of Staff and Special Assistant to the Executive Director.

Prior to his role at GCOM, Marshall was the Policy Communications Manager at Team Bloomberg.

His previous experiences also include roles at Bully Pulpit Interactive, The Incite Agency, National Retail Federation, The White House, Charles and Lynn Schusterman Family Foundation, and the Massachusetts House of Representatives.

With a broad array of experiences in communications, public affairs, government relations, and legislative affairs, Marshall Cohen brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his work in climate advocacy and political communication.
