Exciting news at Consumer Reports. Leading this remarkable team has been the honor of my lifetime. As I approach my 10 year anniversary as president and CEO of CR, we embark on a search for the next consumer champion to steward this beloved organization — and to experience the pride and joy I have felt each time we achieve a victory with and for consumers.
I am enormously proud of the work this incredible team has done to bend the marketplace toward a safe, fair, and more sustainable future for all consumers. Together over the last decade, we have continued to earn the trust of consumers, manufacturers, and government leaders through our world-class work investigating, educating, advocating, and innovating. We’ve stood up to the world’s biggest brands, built on our legacy as a leader in car safety through our state-of-the-art test track, imbued consumer insights and data into how products and services are designed, and authored groundbreaking digital standards to ensure that the latest innovations serve consumers’ interests.
Buckle up and help us spread the word of this amazing opportunity. Our partners at Russell Reynolds Associates are leading the search, and you can find the posting for the position here: https://lnkd.in/esnFG35Z
Baby formula makers are supposed to make feeding easier with accurate, warm, ready-to-drink bottles. But there have been dozens of complaints from caregivers and medical experts to the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission – one even describing an infant hospitalized for “severe malnutrition.”
Nothing is more important than keeping your baby safe, and that’s why Consumer Reports decided to put some popular brands to the test. Read here about our testing and why we think these products may fall short of their promise to be a helping hand for new parents. #baby #safety
