Martha Daetwyler is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience focusing on estate planning for individuals and families, specializing in achieving clients' personal estate planning and tax-savings objectives.

Her expertise also extends to probate and trust administration, where she excels in designing and implementing various tax-efficient wealth transfer structures such as family limited partnerships and LLCs, insurance trusts, qualified personal residence trusts, and charitable trusts.

Martha has a broad range of experience assisting clients with real estate co-ownership arrangements, intra-family real estate transfers with a focus on property tax reassessment exclusions, and elder care issues.

She is a respected figure in the field and has shared her knowledge by lecturing on estate planning and probate administration for California Continuing Education of the Bar and National Business Institute.

Martha Daetwyler holds a JD in Law from the University of Virginia School of Law and a BA in Political Science from Duke University.
