This Sunday I will be climbing Ben Nevis, the final of the 3 highest mountains in the UK which I am doing to complete my 3 peaks challenge.

This adventure is to mark 20 years since the accident that nearly killed me and left me disabled so these climbs are not an insignificant walk but more importantly, I am raising £300k for 4 charities that help people like me. I survived because of resources and support, but this is not open to the thousands of people who also suffer from severe trauma.

I am at £288,000 and so if everyone on this email is generous, I might reach my target before we set off and that would be very motivating as it’s going to be a tough day!

All the charities Day One Trauma Support AbilityNet Horatio's Garden IAMTHECODE FOUNDATION will use every pound well.

Anything you can do to help me would be phenomenal - even if cash is tricky, if there are any networks you could send the link below out to, it would be massively helpful.

If you have already donated, thank you. If you feel you can today, thank you.
