I’m happy to share that I’m starting a new position as Steering Committee - Internal Organization Development Consultant at CREA!

I've a question that I'm reluctant to raise on Facebook since I may get crucified as "old fashioned" or worse, "machismo."

My wife's 20 year-old daughter, is in her last year at the University and will soon graduate in Civil Engineering. She has been doing an engineering work-study project with a construction/engineering company on work sites, wearing work clothes, a helmet and safety shoes, etc. She is the only woman on the work team.

Here's the question. Is it appropriate for women in a work place like this to wear perfume? Not subtle perfume, but pretty "loud" perfume?

If this question is offensive, please just ignore me.

Thanks
