Martina Castro is a seasoned professional in the world of podcast production, serving as the Founder & CEO of Adonde Media, a company specializing in leveraging the human voice to help partners reach wider audiences.

With a career spanning diverse roles from public radio producer to reporter, managing editor to sound designer, and creative director for live radio events, Martina has honed her expertise in narrative radio storytelling.

Having worked at NPR, KALW 91.7FM, and co-founding NPR's Radio Ambulante, a Spanish-language podcast, Martina has made significant contributions to the field. She also shares her knowledge through workshops and talks across the U.S. and Latin America.

Martina's accolades include prestigious awards such as the Edward R. Murrow Award for Best National Radio Documentary and the Gabriel Garc\u00eda M\u00e1rquez Award for Innovation. Her commitment to the craft led her to receive a Fulbright grant and participate in the Start-Up Chile pre-accelerator fund for women entrepreneurs, culminating in the creation of Adonde Media.

Currently, Martina Castro oversees Adonde Media's productions, collaborating with renowned clients like Duolingo, TED, NPR, and Vice News while managing remote teams across the Americas.
