Marty Bahamonde

Marty Bahamonde is an accomplished professional with a diverse educational background. He obtained a Masters in Physical Therapy from the University of Puget Sound, a BS in Radio/TV from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale, and studied Senior Executive Fellows (SEF) at Harvard Kennedy School.

With a wealth of experience in disaster management and public affairs, Marty has held several key positions at FEMA. He currently serves as the Director of Disaster Operations in the Office of External Affairs. Previously, he held roles such as Senior Policy Advisor, Acting Deputy Director of External Affairs, Regional External Affairs Director (Boston, MA), and Public Affairs Specialist at FEMA.

In addition to his roles at FEMA, Marty Bahamonde also boasts experience in the media industry, having worked as a Sports Director at Guam Cable TV.
