Marty Judge is a seasoned professional with over two decades of experience in out-of-home advertising, specializing in billboard leasing, research, development, and sales.

He is the President of ADPAC, an advertising political action committee championing the interests of the out-of-home industry, known for his expertise in local sign laws and legislation in the tri-state area.

Having started his career at Matthew Outdoor in 1988, Marty navigated through acquisitions, culminating in the creation of Carole Media and Willow Media, managing over 50 signs in New York and New Jersey.

Following the purchase of Carole Media by Lamar Advertising in 2006, Marty shifted his focus to developing and owning billboards across the U.S., while consulting for national outdoor advertising firms.

His recent projects include the launch of digital billboards on i-80 and route 17, as well as static billboards on route 4 in Hackensack, NJ.

Marty's expertise lies in the development and marketing of outdoor advertising, backed by his education at Macandrews Magical University and Penn State University.

Currently, Marty is the Owner of Judge Outdoor and has held partnership positions at Carole Media and Willow Media.
