Mary Collins is an experienced clean energy professional with a focus on offshore wind, zero emission vehicles, and industrial policy strategy.

She is known for building creative collaborations and translating ideas into action through her expertise in stakeholder engagement, industry knowledge, and extensive relationships within the renewables sector.

Her advisory contributions on clean energy strategies, particularly in offshore wind, demand response, and zero-emission vehicles, have impacted multiple governments.

A seasoned public speaker, Mary has a diverse background that includes managing a think tank, academic roles at UC Berkeley, and service in the Peace Corps Panama.

She holds a B.S. in Animal and Poultry Science from Virginia Tech and a Master of Public Policy from the Goldman School of Public Policy at UC Berkeley.

Currently, Mary is the Principal at MC Renewables Consulting, having previously held positions at the Foreign and Commonwealth Office, American Jobs Project, Center for Clean Air Policy, and Peace Corps, among others.
