- De Wysocki has nearly 20 years of experience leading various corporate social responsibility (CSR), education, and sustainability initiatives at Cisco.1
- Prior to becoming CSO, she led Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), education, and Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) initiatives for Cisco.2
- She leads Cisco’s commitment to positively impact 1 billion lives by 2025 through its social impact grants and signature programs for non-profit organizations.1 Between 2016 and 2022, these programs have positively impacted 848 million people.1
- Her primary objective as CSO is to steward environmental sustainability initiatives across Cisco.2 This includes focusing on how to decarbonize Cisco's business and embed circularity.2
- She supports the development of Cisco's environmental, social, and governance (ESG) reporting, describing the company's commitments, goals, progress, and impact for ESG topics.4
- She is responsible for what Cisco is doing to decarbonize, drive circularity, enable its customers and suppliers, and expand its impact beyond its value chain.4
