She has held significant roles at Exelon since 2004, including the Director of operations support and General Manager of the Conowingo and Muddy Run Pumped Storage facilities.

Prior to her tenure at Exelon, Mary Helen served as the General Manager of Exelon's non-nuclear assets at Conowingo Hydro Electric Generating Station and Muddy Run Pumped Storage Generating Station, demonstrating a strong passion for power plant operations, problem-solving, and team building.

With two decades of experience at Southern Company, Mary Helen's career showcased a progression of roles in power generation and customer service/marketing. She possesses diverse power plant management experience encompassing various technologies such as combined cycle, gas peaking, baseload coal, co-generation, conventional, and pumped storage hydro.

Mary Helen Marsh's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Mississippi State University and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration from William Carey University. Additionally, she contributes to the industry as the Vice President on the board of the Pennsylvania Resource Council.
