Mary Schilling is an accomplished professional with a proven track record of driving impact through her work. As the Executive Director of Career Development at William & Mary, Mary oversaw the establishment of a new, state-of-the-art career center building. Her achievements include the setup of a comprehensive facility featuring various amenities such as interview rooms, a presentation room, and a rooftop terrace. Mary also pioneered the successful William & Mary Wall Street Program, an initiative aimed at preparing students for roles in investment banking through annual visits to top financial institutions in New York City. Additionally, she developed the Cohen Career Center Corporate Sponsors Program to enhance partnerships with recruiting firms and optimize the budget of the institution. Mary's strategic vision led to the creation of the Employer Advisory Board, fostering collaboration with alumni across diverse industry sectors. She has also played a pivotal role in strengthening relationships with NYC alumni in publishing careers through her leadership of the biennial Ferguson Publishing Seminar.
