Masha Savchuk is an experienced public health professional known for her successful advocacy strategies for NGOs focusing on human rights, access to immunization, vaccines, and essential medicines.

She has a strong background in international program management, grant management, community mobilization, coalition building, and both quantitative and qualitative research, particularly in challenging settings.

Savchuk excels in project management, project planning, economic analysis, quantitative and qualitative research methods, health policy analysis, innovative health financing, and public policy and strategy design, with a regional focus on Southeast Asia and sub-Saharan Africa.

She holds a Master's degree in Energy, Resources, and Environment with a specialization in Conflict Management from The Johns Hopkins University, Paul H. Nitze School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS), and a Bachelor's degree in MES (ESPS), Law, Politics, German from University College London, U. of London.

Throughout her career, Savchuk has held roles at prestigious organizations like Gavi, the Vaccine Alliance as a Programme Officer, the Sabin Vaccine Institute as a Senior Program Officer, and the World Bank Group as a PREM/HDN Consultant.

She has also served as a Europe Program Assistant at the International Crisis Group, Public Health Program Director at the Open Society Institute, Council of Ukraine on HIV/AIDS Coordinator at the Ministry of Health of Ukraine, and a Consultant at UNHCR.
