In 2002, Britton founded MRY, a digital and social media marketing agency that grew from a one-person startup to a global powerhouse with over 500 employees.124 MRY helped prominent global corporations like Microsoft, Procter & Gamble, Ford Motors, Visa, and Google develop innovative strategies and launch successful products aimed at millennials.12 MRY was acquired by Publicis Groupe in 2011.24

In 2016, Britton became CEO of CrowdTap, a company he had incubated and spun-off from MRY in 2011.24 In 2017, CrowdTap was renamed Suzy, a consumer intelligence platform that brings the voice of real consumers directly to brands at scale and speed.125 Suzy has raised over $100 million in venture capital and helps companies like Netflix, Coca-Cola, P&G, J&J, Citibank, Verizon, Nintendo, and Nestle validate assumptions, create new products, and develop effective marketing strategies.1235

Britton has been recognized as one of the top 40 digital executives under 40 by Campaign US1 and named to the Entrepreneur Magazine "30 Under 30" list in 2000.4 He is a graduate of Boston University with a bachelor's degree in Public Relations.
