Pubs reopening beer gardens in April. Can I last until April? Do I even want to last until April?
If someone can develop a VR experience which is just hanging out at a corner table in a dark but lively pub I will literally buy every bit of kit I can find to embrace that sort of innovation.
BIG THANK YOU!
Just wanted to give a shout out to superstar mortgage adviser Tony Chewins CeMAP CeRER, who sorted me out with a fantastic mortgage on a non-standard property! I've known Tony for a long time, but from a standing start with no MIP, we were under a really tough deadline for completion on a property that came up at short notice, and with Tony and a great solicitor on side, managed to get a really fair rate, and with regular updates, managed to complete and get the keys in 3/4 weeks.
Whilst elements of the conveyancing were straight forward, finding the right lender with the constantly changing Coronavirus criteria for approval was really the main test, and I was expecting to jump through a lot of hoops. On the contrary, a few conversations with Tony asking the right question, we were up and away.
Just wanted to say a big thank you! Its a marvellous thing when you can just look forward to taking a property forward. Thanks Tony! Really appreciated.
If anyone is in need and wants to get hold of him, email him here: [email protected] - you'll be glad you did, I really think so!
