Highlights
After some incredible time away recharging with family, I am excited to dive into my next opportunity. As of this week, I have joined SeatGeek as VP of Supply Operations. Not only do I get the distinct pleasure of working with Danielle du Toit again, but I get to combine my love for technology and live sports and music by helping to rethink an industry that has long needed innovation. So far I have been blown away by the team, customers, and innovation that is happening here.
Thanks to everyone who has been helpful over the last few months following Filo’s acquisition. What a ride.
Stoked!
As some of you already know, Filo.co was recently acquired by DevStride.
I am so proud of what we accomplished the last 3+ years. Filo began as an internal High Alpha project in April 2020 to run a virtual sprint week (the most productive in High Alpha history) and quickly evolved to help incredible organizations (Techstars, 500 Global, Anaplan, Amperity, the NCAA, Berkeley SkyDeck, Purdue University, Asurion, and many more) meet, collaborate, and innovate remotely through one of the most challenging times in history.
From the team at High Alpha to our team at Filo, I had the honor of supporting some of the most talented and amazing people in my career. After spending the last 10 weeks working on the transition, I am confident that Filo is now in the hands of another amazing group of people at DevStride. I couldn’t be more excited for our customers.
So what now? Slowing down isn’t really my thing, but I am taking a bit of time to reflect, rest, and hang out with the family. After my second startup journey, I am excited to jump back into my passion: helping GTM teams sell, operate, and grow. Where? I am not sure yet, but I’m excited for whatever the future brings.
Thanks to everyone for their support the past 3+ years. Let’s catch up soon.
