Matt Johnson is the Co-founder and President of Alley, with a successful track record of over 10 years in developing web products to engage audiences and drive content impact.

Under his leadership, Alley has served a diverse range of clients including media companies, non-profits, and publishing organizations, with notable projects for clients like The Brookings Institution, Foreign Policy magazine, the Guggenheim museum, and Jewish Telegraphic Agency.

Matt Johnson has played a key role in growing Alley's engineering team from inception to over 50 members, fostering a culture focused on collaboration, care, excellence, and professionalism.

He holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Astronomy and Physics from Wesleyan University, as well as a Master of Science (M.S.) in Astrophysics from UCLA.

Prior to his role at Alley, Matt held various positions such as Chief Executive Officer at Lede, Co-Founder and Managing Partner, Co-Founder and CTO, and President at Alley, showcasing his diverse experience in leadership and technology roles.
