About a month ago, I posted that we at Foundation Technologies LLC sent out a Net Promoter Survey to a representative sample of our clients. Earlier this week we took the chance and asked our team their honest feedback, too. I wasn't sure to expect in either scenario - I have a good pulse on both, but as humans, we always think we're doing better than we are. Cautious optimism is the mantra I have. I know we're not perfect; that's not the goal. But with scores of +94 and +81, I think we're doing pretty dang good. Better is still possible, and that is the goal. Incremental improvements.

Special thanks to the whole team who made this feedback a reality. It isn't just one person or department; it's us. Onward.

As a service provider, getting feedback is tough. Few take time for it unless it's to complain, and time itself is an incredibly valuable commodity that folks aren't always willing to give. In our latest email to some of our Foundation Technologies LLC clients, we added a one-click Net Promoter survey. It had to be simple; and simple is hard to do. We'll see how we end up scoring, but creating these mechanisms for feedback is instrumental to how we get better. 🚀
