I took a job! Super thrilled to be joining the incredibly talented and insanely hard-working team at Invisible!

My new role will be SVP of Talent Strategy & Performance, and that means I'll get to spend my time thinking about how we can improve performance management, and build systems that set up the entire company for success.

Can't wait to dive in.

One of my first new posts in a while is about how to find the right executive coach. In my experience as an entrepreneur, a good executive coach is such a valuable asset to have as you're going through periods of rapid growth and uncertainty.

I've also started taking on a limited number of coaching clients myself – mostly Series A+ founders who have raised at least $10-15M. Let me know if anyone comes to mind who you think I should talk to.
