Additionally, he has worked in various capacities with esteemed organizations such as Watson Institute, FAU Tech Runway, Iron Bridge Tool, and Office Depot, where he served in different roles, from Product Design & New Product Launch Manager to Private Brand Product Development Manager and even as an In-Store Customer Experience Change Agent.
In his former positions, Matthew has been responsible for mentoring start-ups, developing and launching products, and managing product design and manufacturing processes. These opportunities have given him an understanding of product development, manufacturing, and improving a company's customer experience - making him a force to be reckoned with in the industry.
