I am hono(u)red to be profiled in The Wall Street Journal piece on workplace mental health. I approached this interview with some reservation, given its emphasis on executive mental health. The stress and harm of corporate life disproportionately affect rank-and-file workers in America and abroad. These individuals, particularly those occupying the lowest income positions, typically have less agency to alleviate stress or access support. I am grateful to Callum Borchers for incorporating my voice and including reference to the inequalities present in this area.
