Matthew Rogers is an engineer and advocate for sustainable mobility solutions for both people and freight.

With a background in Physics from the University of California, Los Angeles and Welding Technology from Portland Community College, Matthew has a well-rounded education in the field.

Matthew's professional journey includes key roles at prestigious companies such as Tesla and Daimler. At Tesla, he led the PLM/CAD Methods and Solutions team, showcasing his expertise in managing large CAD assemblies, part numbers, and batteries.

His experience at Tesla also includes positions like Staff CAD Program Manager and Senior CAD Project Manager in Battery Engineering, demonstrating his proficiency in overseeing intricate projects.

Prior to his time at Tesla, Matthew worked at Daimler in various engineering roles, focusing on hybrid vehicles, advanced engineering, vehicle concepts, and brake controls.

Matthew's passion for education and helping others is evident through his background as a Physics teacher at The Princeton Review, a Physics Tutor at UCLA, and a Research Assistant at UCLA.
