Prior to his roles at Restaurant Brands International, Matthew worked as a Senior Analyst in HRIS & Compensation and Claims & Compliance, and as an Analyst in HRIS & Compensation, contributing significantly to the company's success.

His professional journey also includes experience as a Financial Analyst (Intern) at Cordis Corporation, a subsidiary of Johnson & Johnson, and as a Fiscal Assistant at the FIU College of Business Administration Dean's Office.
