Highlights
couldn’t have imagined the journey that spearheading Snap’s Diversity Annual Report would take me on. with each story that I collected, the vision became clear - to highlight the people behind the initiatives, the inspiring team members who have taken the efforts to create a more inclusive Snap and who have made the commitment to imagine a more inclusive world for Snapchatters. these are their stories. and they can be yours too.
immense gratitude for letting me tell your stories, Chidinma Paul Toni diego Emma Lindsey Anna & to the GSS team for literally turning the vision into reality (& high key masterpiece!) Paloma Jaclyn Gina Sean
“This year, Snap’s 2024 Diversity Annual Report is a collection of ordinary people on their individual teams who had an idea and wanted to bring that to life… DEI can feel like this really big problem to solve, it doesn’t have to be big & massive, sometimes just taking small little steps in your individual roles on your individual teams, realizing that we all have a part to play. and that’s what makes Snap, Snap”
