Mawadda Damon is an accomplished professional with a strong educational background. She holds a BA in Anthropology and French from Amherst College and an MPP in Political and Economic Development and Program Evaluation from Harvard Kennedy School.

Throughout her career, Mawadda has held various roles in different organizations, showcasing her versatility and expertise. Currently, she serves as a Research Scientist in International Programs at NORC.

Prior to her current position, Mawadda gained valuable experience working as a Consultant at Danya International and as an Intern in the Monitoring Evaluation and Research Group at The QED Group, LLC. She has also contributed her skills and knowledge as a Program Officer at Freedom House, a Program Coordinator at Rene Moawad Foundation, and a Program Assistant at Academy for Educational Development.

With her diverse background and extensive experience in program evaluation and development, Mawadda Damon is a seasoned professional in the field of international programs and research.
