Today is my last day at Drapac Capital Partners. Thank you to everyone who has supported me during this time. We have achieved so many amazing things over the past decade. The business is in great hands with Sebastian Drapac and Michael Drapac at the helm, and I am confident the success will continue. I’m so proud and grateful to have been part of a business that has reached such remarkable heights. From driving across the country and practically living in a car for the first 2-years, to becoming the largest owner of residential lots in Newton County, GA, and Brunswick County, NC, to achieving the record land sale price in Midtown, Atlanta, and everything in between. We assembled a once in a lifetime portfolio made up of 30,000+ lots, and 12+ urban high-rise development sites across 14 States. As Bas would say “not bad for a bunch of out-of-towners”. None of this could have been done without the talented people at Drapac Capital Partners and St. Bourke. Thank you for all your hard work.
