Recently, a colleague asked me a question: "What drives you in life?" It was quite a deep topic for a water cooler conversation, but it stuck with me all day, making me reflect on my purpose in life. . . In the hustle of juggling responsibilities, it's easy to lose sight of our purpose. Yet, when we pause and reflect, we realize how fortunate we are to impact others' lives, even in small ways. Amidst my own busy marathon, I want to take this moment to express my appreciation and gratitude to the incredibly talented and inspiring individuals who have dedicated their time to making a difference in the Women@LinkedIn India ERG initiatives.

Last quarter, Women@LinkedIn India focused on three foundational pillars: Learn, Share, and Pay It Forward.

Learn: 📖 We addressed the topic of egg freezing, breaking stereotypes and exploring personal journeys toward parenthood. In collaboration with Out@In, Women@LinkedIn EMEA + APAC hosted an exclusive Fireside Chat that offered valuable insights, guidance, and personal narratives to support individuals on this profound journey. The event featured a fertility specialist and two LinkedIn employees who shared their experiences, offering valuable insights and support. Raksha Joshi, Athia Sheik, Dr Madhuri Vidyashankar, Helen Frech, Louise Monks

Share: 👥 We embraced the theme of late-age motherhood through Aditi's inspiring story, which offered unique perspectives on: -Navigating a challenging pregnancy and its emotional journey. -Balancing a thriving career while raising twins. -Overcoming imposter syndrome and fostering a healthier work environment. This session encouraged open dialogue about topics that affect many of us both personally and professionally. Aditi Jha, Shruthi Gokuldas

Pay It Forward: ⏩ We collaborated with A Hundred Hands, a non-profit trust supporting artisans involved in handmade crafts and remedies, to bring you "Sleep and De-stress" wellness remedies. This session focused on building better lifestyles, offering tips to reduce stress, and ensuring sufficient sleep. We were honored to feature Dr. Sonia Dhawan, PhD, from St. John's Medical College, and Mala Dhawan through, Granny Gregs, a research project and a woman-led initiative.

This was our first calendar quarter in Bangalore to design and execute, and Shruthi Gokuldas and I are bursting with pride to be a part of Women at LinkedIn India, inspired by the remarkable individuals who brought these initiatives to life. Pooja Gupta and Imrana Khan who have been the incredible pillars of support from day one. My incredible team of volunteers—Anup G Nair, Varuna Vyomessh, Nayna Garg, Ramya Prasad, Deepthi Godwin Corray, Reema Railkar, Arunesh Kumar —came together, pouring their hearts and minds into every detail. Our partners, Maruti Basappa, Mapuii (Ruati) CC and their teams, were invaluable.

So grateful for this group to exist and the impact it has made on me by giving a purpose to give back and be inspired!

Last week was incredible! We gathered at LinkedIn’s Sales Kickoff in Las Vegas, bringing together colleagues from around the world. It was all about getting #FutureReady – focusing on how we’re preparing both our business and our customers for the future, while also investing in our own growth. With AI set to impact every professional and business, it's crucial for each of us to develop new skills that will help our team and customers seize this opportunity.

Hearing Daniel Shapero, Ryan Roslansky, Penry Price and other incredible leaders talk about how GenAI has impacted our roadmap talk about how AI will be used to create economic opportunity around the world.

We gathered with over 7,000 LinkedIn colleagues from around the world to celebrate our FY24 achievements and renew our commitment to winning with our customers in FY25.

It was an intense week between 30+ travel hours, cancelled/delayed flights, baggage lost but was indeed a rewarding week of bonding with incredible professionals from diverse backgrounds. The connections and memories created will undoubtedly propel us forward into the new fiscal year.

I'm beyond grateful to be surrounded by such an amazing team. We really know how to dream big, get things done, and have fun!

Kudos to the teams who pull off this huge production. It was wonderful to reconnect with so many people, embrace our culture and values, and prepare for the year ahead. #FutureReady #SK25 #linkedinlife
