Position: Senior Patient Relations Officer
Responsibilities:
- Manage the rolling schedule of children with pre-scheduled appointments at the clinic.
- Provide excellent customer service to families attending the clinic.
- Respond promptly and accurately to inquiries.
- Assist in maintaining accurate documentation of clinic forms.
- Ensure all clients are signed in and complete necessary paperwork.
- Communicate effectively with clients to obtain required information.

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a healthcare setting - not less than 7 years.
