Earlier in her career, Meg held prominent positions at a leading global executive recruiting firm, where she spent more than ten years and ultimately became the regional managing partner for the Asia Pacific technology and services practice. Additionally, she served five impactful years as the managing partner of the Tokyo office, immersing herself in private equity markets and building lasting relationships with clients. What began as Meg’s career at a technology-focused recruiting firm in New York during the boom of the internet in the mid to late 1990s has blossomed into an illustrious journey filled with remarkable accomplishments in the realm of executive search.
Meg holds a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and Japanese from The University of Queensland, Australia, reflecting a solid foundation in communication and understanding of cultural dynamics. She also obtained a Master’s degree in Economic Development from Hiroshima University, Japan, emphasizing her expertise in economic and business contexts.
