Megan Davidson is a certified labor doula, lactation counselor, postpartum doula, and babywearing and cloth diapering teacher with a background in Cultural Anthropology.

With a PhD from Binghamton University/SUNY, her research focuses on the politics of sexed bodies, gender identities, and social movements.

Before transitioning into motherhood, Megan worked as a rape crisis and domestic violence advocate.

Passionate about supporting new parents, she facilitates peer networks and offers compassionate assistance throughout pregnancy, childbirth, breastfeeding, and early infancy.

Specializing in various birth scenarios and parenting situations, Megan provides respectful care to families in Clinton Hill, Brooklyn.

Her expertise includes VBACs, homebirths, hospital births, breastfeeding, babywearing, cloth diapering, and more.

Megan has a BA in Cultural Anthropology & Women's Studies from The University of New Mexico and has previously owned BrooklyDoula and taught at Binghamton University as an Adjunct Professor/Instructor.
