Long overdue news, but I'm thrilled to finally share it with you all - at the start of this year I made the move from my role in M&S Ignite to join the team at M&S International as a Product Manager! It's been an incredible journey so far, and I'm excited to be part of a team that's at the forefront of helping expand the reach of the M&S brand globally.

During the two years I spent working in Ignite programme, I had the privilege of helping build the Ignite brand - personally meeting over 750 startups, launching 30+ trials and securing a number of innovation partnerships that continue to drive value across M&S. A few personal highlights include launching the first M&S Global Startup challenge with True.; sharing my take on the world of retail innovation in both podcast and webinar format for InternetRetailing; and being named one of Retail Technology Innovation Hub's Top 100 Retail Influencers two years in a row (Pinch me!).

Thank you so much to everyone who I met during my time in Ignite. There are too many wonderful people to thank everyone individually, but I can't go without particularly thanking Stuart Ramage and Nauman Ahmed for the opportunity to work in Ignite and to Aarthi Thangavel, Liam Buswell, Jamie C., Ben Cheston and Alex Meisl for your wisdom in retail innovation and beyond.

I'm still learning the ropes of Product Management but I'm thoroughly enjoying the new challenge and opportunity to apply my skills and experiences in a new team!

Oh, and if you have any recommendations of good books about Digtal Product, let me know!

Last week, I was delighted to be part of a group of Marks and Spencer Graduates who visited Marylebone Girl's School to run a mock-assessment center for Year 10 GCSE Business students. It was a great experience to meet such a bright, young group of girls who preformed so well at the assessments we set them. Thank you to the Emily Parkes from The Paddington Partnership and Rebecca Keeble from M&S Early Careers for organsing the day.
