Megan Matthews holds a Master's in Community Arts Management from the University of Illinois Springfield and a Bachelor of Business Administration-Management from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater.

She serves as a Senior Lecturer at the University of Wisconsin - Whitewater and has held various roles in organizations such as M.Matthews.Unl, the Office of Research and Sponsored Programs for the State of Ingenuity Project at UW-W, the College of Arts and Communication at UW-Whitewater, among others.

Her aspirations revolve around engaging in planning and assessment endeavors, constructing programs from inception, and collaborating with diverse perspectives to drive projects to successful outcomes.
