Megan Middaugh is a dedicated advocate with 16 years of experience in the human services sector, working with disabled individuals to address their social and health care needs.

Having a background in nursing, social work, and psychology, Megan found her calling as a Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA), where she excelled in navigating healthcare, school, and court systems to make a positive impact on children and families.

She believes in amplifying the voices of all individuals to drive social change and create a more inclusive society.

Megan has worked in various roles including as a Community Engagement Manager at Unite Us, Census Field Supervisor at the U.S. Census Bureau, Program and Outreach Coordinator at the Epilepsy Foundation, and as a Court Appointed Special Advocate at the Iowa Child Advocacy Board.
