Megan Palmer is a distinguished professional with a background in Biological Engineering, holding a PhD from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a BScE in Engineering Chemistry from Queen's University. She also pursued her education at Western Canada High School.

Palmer has held various significant roles in prestigious organizations, highlighting her expertise and leadership in the field. She is an Adjunct Professor in the Department of Bioengineering at Stanford University and has a strong history at the institution, having served in different capacities such as Executive Director of Bio Policy & Leadership Initiatives and Affiliate at the Center for International Security and Cooperation (CISAC).
