Megan Sullivan Wells, an award-winning commercial director and filmmaker, initially ventured into Broadcast Journalism 16 years ago driven by a passion for storytelling.

With a penchant for adventure and seeking out new experiences, Megan has a dynamic approach that influences her creative work in the commercial advertising industry as a Director and Creative Director for renowned global brands such as Apple, Google, lululemon, and Samsung.

In 2018, Megan decided to shift her focus towards her true passion for social impact storytelling, aiming to uncover and tell inspirational stories that can make a significant impact on a global scale.

Her notable work includes writing and directing the award-winning 4-Part Documentary series, Courage To Question, in 2019. This series, created in collaboration with Google and UN Women, followed four Women's Rights Defenders from various parts of the world confronting human rights violations and was premiered at the UN Headquarters in NYC for International Women's Day.

Actively involved in organizations like Women in Film LA and Women in Entertainment, Megan advocates for gender equality opportunities within the industry and beyond, extending mentorship to her community.

Megan continues her impactful work by creating documentaries focusing on social issues like the one in Kenya, highlighting the efforts of a female doctor addressing medical challenges in the rural city of Meru.

During the COVID-19 lockdown, Megan collaborated with Google and the YouTube Social Impact team on a campaign to raise awareness about the surge in domestic and sexual violence through a cross-platform initiative.
