Meghan Carroll is an accomplished individual with a background in communication and a 3.69 GPA from the University of New Hampshire. She started as a Technical Recruiter at Workbridge Associates and soon transitioned to become an Account Executive at ezCater. From there, she moved to Toast, Inc. where she worked as an Inside Sales Representative before becoming Onboarding Sales Enablement Manager. Meghan is also a former student-athlete, having played field hockey at the University of New Hampshire.
With her extensive experience, Meghan has developed expertise in sales, sales enablement, account management, and recruitment. She is a highly motivated, dedicated and results-oriented professional who strives to achieve the goals of the organization.

Last week, I was given a choice that 550 people did not get - an option to stay at Toast, not as an enablement manager, but as a sales rep. I am humbled and grateful for an opportunity to continue my Toast career. That being said, I felt compelled to share a few thoughts on my last three years in enablement as I grieve the loss of the team I was a part of just last week.
I had the pleasure of starting my enablement career reporting to PJ Boudreau. I got to watch PJ build an enablement team from 3 enablement managers to a team of 15. In the process, he fostered a culture of working hard but having (a lot) of fun while doing it. I’ve always been so impressed by how tight-knit a remote team could be - the oSEM team felt like home. I learned so much from working alongside such bright and determined individuals. Thank you to every member of “PJ’s team” for helping me become the best trainer I could be!
As the team grew and we specialized our roles, I reported to Steven Lee Miller. We spent 2 years running the AE new hire bootcamp together. Steven, you helped me take my skillset to the next level and always pushed me to try new things. You have this ability to remain empathetic to a tough situation while also turning it into one that I can learn from. I really admire that. There was no one better to run bootcamp with than my teammates Carolyn Wronka and Kevin Lam. You all made every day fun and I’m excited to see what you can accomplish in the sales seat 👊
For the last 6 months, I had the opportunity to work for Jonathan Stolter on the GTM Leadership Enablement team. I learned so much in such a short amount of time thanks to a manager with an impressive Toast resume. This was initially a rotational position, but I jumped at the opportunity to make it permanent because I felt like I found my passion on this team. We had big plans for 2024 and I’m so sorry we didn’t get to see them through. I can't wait to see what comes next for you, Stolter!
To my teammates who made the decision to part ways, I am so proud of you for putting yourself first! I am going to miss being able to send you a Slack and make you take my polls. I’d say don’t be a stranger but I will not give you that option 😄
And finally, to the (former) enablement managers who I’ll be selling alongside - it was a tough decision to take this leap and I commend every single one of you for being brave enough to do it. I look forward to supporting each other through ramp and beyond. You are all so talented and I hope that you will "give yourself some grace" (to quote April one last time) as we step back into sales roles. Let’s get this 🍞!
