Throughout her career, Melanie has held key roles in various organizations. She is the Founder of Better Good, LLC, and has previously served as Vice President, Regional Executive Leadership & Learning at Teach For America, Senior Managing Director at Teach For America, and Managing Director at Teach For America.

Melanie has also contributed her talents as Development and Strategy Advisor at BlinkNow, Cause Marketing Consultant at Hello Products LLC, Chief Operating Officer at Pencils of Promise, and Director of Operations at Pencils of Promise, among other roles in well-known organizations.
