Specializing in organizational and operational strategy, Melanie collaborates with companies to pinpoint strategic priorities for revenue generation and the delivery of products and services to foster profitable growth.

Melanie Eusebe is the visionary behind The Black British Business Awards, a platform she established in 2012 to celebrate the exceptional achievements and contributions of black business professionals to the UK economy.

Her primary goal with these awards is to challenge outdated stereotypes, promote economic empowerment, and foster community partnerships, inspiring a new generation of outstanding business leaders.

In her academic journey, Melanie obtained a Master's in Philosophy (Ethics) from Birkbeck College at the University of London, following her graduation from the University of Toronto.

Currently serving as a Professor at Hult International Business School, Melanie's educational focus lies on Leadership and Management Skills.
