Melinda Godber is an accomplished professional with a strong educational background and extensive experience in talent and culture development, organizational leadership, learning and development, and customer service management.

She holds a Master's Degree in Workplace and Adult Learning and a Graduate Diploma in Workplace and Adult Learning from Griffith University. Additionally, she has a Bachelor's Degree in Communications/Journalism from The University of Queensland and a Master of Business Leadership with a specialization in Organizational Leadership from Charles Sturt University, where she maintained a GPA of 6.75.

Melinda has held prominent roles at the Australian Red Cross, including Strategic Lead for Talent and Culture and previously as the Strategic Lead for Culture and Capability. Prior to that, she served as the Learning and Development Manager and Consultant within the organization. Her expertise also extends to her tenure as a Training Partner at BankWest and as the Queensland Education Manager at Clinique. Additionally, she has experience as a Customer Service Manager at MYER.
