Melisa Carlos is a digital products and eCommerce expert with over 6 years of experience in brand building. She is passionate about consumer tech, experimentation, and customer understanding.

Melisa began her career at Ogilvy & Mather, where she developed digital communications strategies for clients like Nestle, Liverpool, Coca-Cola, Kimberly-Clark, UPS, and Pfizer. She then moved to Essity, where she pioneered the online commercial strategies for products like Regio, Saba, and Tena, building relationships with major retailers like Walmart, Amazon, and Costco.

Transitioning to ZX Ventures, the disruptive unit within AB InBev, Melisa took on roles such as Product Manager and oversaw website experiences for various online stores, including the launch of Modelorama's first eCommerce platform.

Currently, Melisa is focusing on expanding a personal cash loans platform in Mexico to serve the under-served and aims to scale it internationally.

Melisa holds a background in Digital Business, eCommerce, Digital Marketing, and Marketing from institutions like ISDI, Tecnológico de Monterrey, and IÉSEG School of Management. She has served in various roles such as Program Manager at PayJoy and eCommerce Product Manager at ZX Ventures.

Her skill set includes product management, website experience optimization, key account coordination, brand planning, communications consulting, digital strategy, and business intelligence analysis.
