Her entrepreneurial journey began at UC Berkeley, crafting three businesses while studying under Michael Pollan in a self-designed major blending business, economics, agriculture, and environmental sciences.

Melisa's previous roles include Founder at Happy Valley Homestead, Co-Founder of Berkeley Student Food Collective, and various positions at Veritable Vegetable.

She has catered to a high-caliber clientele including Fortune 500 executives, VCs, and founders, demonstrating her ability to create engaging dining experiences for professionals.
