Melissa Lunardini, PhD, MA, MBA, FT, is the founder of Radical Grief, a consulting company that provides education and program design and development specializing in grief and loss.12 She has dedicated over fifteen years to supporting grieving children, teens, and their families.1 Melissa is currently the Chief Clinical Officer at Help Texts.2

With extensive experience in the field of thanatology, Melissa has developed comprehensive services in healthcare, academia, youth-based, and grief and loss-based industries. These include program development for grief support centers, school-based groups and curriculum, and summer grief camps.1
