Melissa McCauley is a highly educated professional with a Master's degree in International Peace Studies from the Kroc Institute at the University of Notre Dame and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with an International emphasis from Chapman University. Melissa has held various key roles in different organizations, showcasing her diverse skill set and experience. She has served as a Manager of the Mentorship Program, Operations Associate, Team Lead, and Graduate Student Researcher at American Corporate Partners (ACP) and the Kroc Institute for International Peace Studies, respectively. Furthermore, Melissa has worked as a Consultant at Touching Tiny Lives, an Intern at Justice and Reconciliation Project, and a Volunteer at the Center for Community Justice. Her passion for community development and youth empowerment is evident through her roles as a Community Development Worker, Educator/Trainer at the Peace Corps, and Youth Development Worker at AIFS.
