In 2011, Melissa delved into the realm of remote work while globetrotting, leading her to establish Melewi, a remote product design agency working with global clients from diverse sectors.

Over the years, Melissa has worked with iconic brands such as McDonald's, Visa, Samsung, and Citibank, spanning 52 countries globally.

Currently spearheading Bravely, Melissa focuses on providing a comprehensive, evidence-based mental health solution for individuals and therapists to boost engagement and motivation during therapy sessions.

Acknowledged as a LinkedIn Top Voice 2022, a Robb Report Thought Leader 2021, and part of SafetyWing's Best Remote Startup to Work For in 2020, Melissa's expertise has garnered widespread recognition.

Passionate about mental health advocacy, Melissa's journey with personal struggles, including a leukemia diagnosis in 2019, has propelled her mission to develop impactful solutions through Bravely.
