Melissa Theiss is a mission-oriented executive with a diverse background in leading human resources, finance, customer success, and revenue operations in high-growth environments. She has also served as the Vice President of Operations (People and Revenue Operations) at Quorum, where she excelled as the Vice President of Customer Success and Director of Operations as well. Additionally, Melissa has valuable experience as the Head of People Operations at Column and a Senior Associate in the Leadership Development Program at Axon. Her advisory roles at Fledge for startups at different stages, from seed to Series C, have further showcased her expertise in guiding companies towards growth and success.
