Meredith Baskies is a strategic leader with a passion for building and empowering diverse teams. She has honed her measurable impact approach through experience as a recruited Division I Captain.

Her education includes a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a focus on General Management, Marketing Management, Managerial & Organizational Behavior, and Entrepreneurship from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business. She also holds a BA in Communication Studies from Northwestern University and completed her high school education at Boston University Academy.

Meredith has held various key positions in renowned organizations such as Gelest, International Flavors & Fragrances, BASF, Johnson & Johnson, GE Capital, and Northwestern University. Her roles have ranged from Director of Strategic Marketing to Head of Marketing for different divisions across North America.

Additionally, she contributed to the academic field as a Teaching Assistant at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, showcasing her commitment to both professional and educational growth.
